SHIPPING
Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. We use USPS flat rate boxes. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday
TAXES
We are located in Colorado and must collect sales tax for customers living in Colorado. Packages billed to customers outside of Colorado are responsible for reporting, and paying any taxes that may apply
CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant that the product you purchased will be of the type you selected. This is the exclusive warranty we are making in connection with any product. This warranty applies at the time of shipping, and all breach of warranty claims must be delivered to us in writing at:

within 10 days after your product ships. We disclaim all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, express or implied, products are sold in a strictly “AS IS” condition.
RETURNS
Returns will be at our discretion and must be approved. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return. For mistaken orders, the purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling costs in returning product(s) back to RW Brass & Supply. Should a negotiated return be authorized, there will be a restocking fee of 25%.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, RW Brass LLC doing business as RW Brass & Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. RW Brass LLC doing business as RW Brass & Supply shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RW Brass LLC doing business as RW Brass & Supply will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RW Brass LLC, doing business as RW Brass & Supply shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of the materials on this site.
Reloading ammunition can be dangerous; all products on this site should be considered a used product and it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product prior to use.
