It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.
We try very hard to make sure you only get the caliber you order, but sometimes something else slips through. Please check your bass to make sure it is all the caliber you want before reloading.
Also, we do not check for Berdan primed brass. If you get any foreign military caliber cases, please check for this before using them for reloading. If you get more than the extra we send (rare), let us know.
During the first hand sort/inspection we remove any debris, steel & aluminum or obviously bad cases. Second hand sort/inspection we separate cases by caliber (sometimes difficult with calibers like 9mm & 380auto) and again try to pull out any obviously bad cases. Next we do a wet clean process that does not use steel pins, because pins being left inside of some cartridges has been a problem for a few people. Next we go through a drying process that does not include heat. While drying we do a third inspection to catch anything we might have missed in prior inspections. Then the dry the batch is processed in corn cob media for 2-4 hours, depending on weather it’s nickel or brass, and how it looked when it went in the polisher. After separation from the media we do a fourth and final inspection before it is ready for shipment. In this final inspection we are pulling blemished cases we will shoot ourselves, but we want a higher standard for what we send to you. And with all this, we know that some bad ones are going to slip by. so we throw in some extras.
